Black Eyed Peas
2 cups black eye peas
1 cup chopped onion
1 Bay leaf
½ Cup Vegetarian Chicken broth powder
7 garlic cloves
1 tsp Creole seasoning
½ cup diced green peppers
½ cup chopped celery
8 cups water
Salt to taste
- Put all ingredients into water.
- Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes at high pressure. (Always check for doneness according to taste)
- Salt to taste
