Bringing you all the southern charm and good luck of tradition black eyed peas but without the fatback!

Black Eyed Peas

2 cups black eye peas 1 cup chopped onion 1 Bay leaf ½ Cup Vegetarian Chicken broth powder 7 garlic cloves
1 tsp Creole seasoning
½ cup diced green peppers
½ cup chopped celery
8 cups water
Salt to taste

  1. Put all ingredients into water.
  2. Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes at high pressure. (Always check for doneness according to taste)
  3. Salt to taste
