When our food products were first envisioned, the parameters were a diet of wholesome food made with fresh and organic natural ingredients free of meat, dairy and trans fats and prepared using proper utensils and cooking methods.
Adhering to the requirements, our chefs developed "transitional" food, the first completely vegan food influenced by flavors of many cultures including Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern and African American. Using special blends of spices, these very talented innovators that were hearty, healthy, and so deliciously familiar to ethnic cuisines but without the guilt of meat.
In 1983, lead by our unwavering commitment to wellness and longevity, we created an oasis of health - Soul Vegetarian Restaurants is recognized internationally as the best tasting regenerative cuisine for the vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
